Speth Award Presentation

The University of Indianapolis received a $100,000 gift from alumnus Jeff Whorley ’01 to create the Dr. Gerald Speth Business Knowledge Award for UIndy MBA instructors. Created to honor the leadership of Dr. Speth, the founder of the executive MBA program at UIndy, the award recognizes faculty who demonstrate the ability and commitment to impart critical workforce information onto students. On September 14, the School of Business hosted an announcement ceremony to present the award. In addition to Jeff Whorley and Dr. Gerald Speth being present, undergraduate students, MBA students, business faculty, and the interim president of UIndy were also in attendance to celebrate the gift that is being donated to the School of Business.
